man of steel media launch

mike and i had the chance to attend the media launch for the movie man of steel. pero bago natin pag-usapan si superman, may kwento muna ko tungkol kay batman :)

i have always been more of a batman fan. when i was in high school, i loved watching the cartoons that was being shown on abs-cbn. i also frequented comic book shops to hoard batman comics, the whole lot of which was stolen in school because i stupidly left the envelope containing all of my comic books on my desk. aba, malay ko ba namang may iba pang die hard faney ni batman!

but i have to admit, the upcoming superman movie, man of steel, starring henry cavill looks really promising. it would be interesting to see how they will reboot this franchise. that henry (yes, first name basis?) looks awesome is a bonus. i first saw him in the movie version of stardust, and i like how he's not such a pretty boy like brandon routh was, para hindi agad nakakaumay hehe :)

the media launch of man of steel was held recently at the mall of asia. there's a huge buzz around the movie so it's no wonder that there's a whole range of specially designed superman merchandise, from watches, to clothes, to toys. these were revealed during the event.

muntik na kong tumayo sa parteng "too legit to quit" bilang panahon ko yon :P

herbert chavez was also there. it would've been interesting interviewing him, but all i managed was a photo :) ang daming pwedeng maitanong.

at eto naman ang picture namin ni henry cavill. chos :)
