what's in my camera bag

 

the things inside my camera bag have nothing to do with photography: i've diapers, milk bottles, a milk dispenser, wet wipes, alcohol, a reusable shopping bag, plastic utensils, a toy car, rice crackers, and a change of clothes for my two-year old. you see, my camera bag functions as a diaper bag :D

i've been searching for a diaper bag to replace sloan's old one. for starters, it was too big to lug around, and with not enough pockets to store stuff in. plus it looked too kiddie, e bilang hindi naman si sloan ang magdadala kundi kami hehe :)

what i wanted was a bag that was of the right size, a basic color that even mike can carry, and with enough external pockets i can easily access and where i could put my own stuff in, like my phone and wallet (i usually don't carry a bag for myself when we go out with sloan).

it was hard looking for such a bag.

one lunch hour at trinoma, i walked into beabi and saw this one. it was perfect! from the color, to the size, to the pockets! it fit my needs perfectly that i was suprised it wasn't actually a diaper bag but a camera bag. at less than a thousand bucks, it was within budget, so i went ahead and purchased it.

we've been using it for a while now and i just love it. i can wear it as a shoulder bag or as a messenger bag, which is ideal when you're running around chasing after an active toddler.

ay, may digicam din pala ko sa bagelyang 'to. so at least may isang item na akma sa pagiging camera bag niya so somehow e pasok na rin sa banga :D
