easy sundays

one of the places we love going to on weekends is bonifacio high street, especially on a late sunday afternoon. we love the place's wide open spaces and how there are a lot of kids around sloan's age, and so it's a chance for him to be around kids in a different environment than our go-to place which is gymboree. we also love that there's public art and that there are a lot of dogs too :) 

whenever we're out and about, mike is the designated runner. seryoso, literal na runner ang peg niya sa kakahabol kay sloan hehe! considering how this little boy is a curious one who always wants to explore his surroundings, believe me, running after him can be quite a challenge. pero in fairness naman, ikinakapayat na ito ni mike! tingnan mo, mas maliit pa sa'kin yun bewang o. kaya siguro ang laki ng ngiti niya e! hahaha :D

meanwhile, i am the one who takes photos. we want to document sloan's adventures, no matter how simple they may seem, because he's growing up fast and we want to preserve the memories. tipong, tumatakbo siya! *click* kumakain! *click* may kinakausap! *click* you get the point :)

at dahil nga ako ang madalas nagpi-picture, madalas e ako yung walang picture; kaya naman isisingit ko na ito bilang pambihirang pagkakataon siya...

mature na ni sloan, keri na niyang kumain mag-isa o! seems just like yesterday when i gave birth to him and everyone was joking about how we should name him "juan" because there was a typhoon that time named - you guessed it - juan. echos nila! hahaha :) and now he's turning two in two months time. sigh. time truly flies by so fast.
